Some recent capture of my 400mm. First three are for Ant who loves this odd looking pelican. Last three shots of my little angle also taken with my 400mm wildlife lens. Hope you enjoy.

Great stuff Jude! 2 is one of the most unique pelican shots I have ever seen. The chipmunk on the branch just says "hot day". Darling shots of what I assume is your child? All well done.

Those pelican shots look gorgeous, Jude, great light and detail, and the pose in # 2 is unique I like the candid smile in the last shot.

Hi Jude nice shots I just can't understand the pose in No 2 wonder what the Pelican is trying to do? You close ups of your daughter are so sweet, very nice indeed. i too have found the long glass very good to get lovely candids of the kids in natural poses.

Jude I think #2 and #3 best suit Ant And all three are neat pelican shots #5 is a serious looking low flyer, that is one dangerous looking bill on that bird!

The portraits of your little angel are adorable. I am not sure but somehow a photograph of her long ago taken by you by a divided pane glass door comes to mind on your lap, am I thinking of the right shot, her eyes stood out to me back then as they do now and her facial features are welcoming, she is beautiful Jude Yes the 400 is great portrait lens

Thanks Dave. She is 3years and 9months. My eldest is 12years. She is very adorable but sometimes very naughty.

Hi Tim, I haven’t come across that pose of a pelican either. Thanks for your nice comments. Yes she is my daughter. Glad you enjoy the set.

Glad you like the Pelican shots Socrate. I like them too. #8 is also the best smile I could get from my daughter so far.
