just got a D-300 and had a chance to go out and shoot. Here on the Oregon coast, we rarely see any temperatures over 72 degrees. Last month we were up to 93 and I ended up going out to shoot at the Astoria Column. Now this was shot about 10 pm and if I remember right, it was a looooonnnnggggg exposure, but I was really happy with it. Have had it printed at 12 x 18 and it is really great, may do it at 30 x 40 and see what it looks like.
Cheers,
Lee
Alexander Hamiltons Summer Home being reposition from its previous location at 141st and Convent Av in Harlem to its new permanent home around the corner and down the block into St. Nicholas Park. it took a blazing 3.5 hours to move it and i'm not kidding that was fast.
i was given the D300 i used about a half hour before it started. my D3 was set up to do a section of time lapse of the movement which will be in the house when it reopens in the fall of 2009
