In the market for a hiking bag and was considering these two. If anyone has these bags and could give me your insight on them that'd be great. Just trying to compare the comfort between the 2. Not worried so much about the capacity as i wont be doing more than dayhikes or overnight. Thanks

Tilopa would carry a heavier load better. a somewhat more robust hipbelt/shoulder straps and a smidge more space (you did say overnight now).

Tilopa: 50L
Ajna: 40L

You ***shoiuld*** be worried about capacity. A 40L backpack will leave limited room inside for extra stuff - snacks, rain shell, puffy, etc. If you only want to choose between these two definitely go with the Tilopa. As a recovering former F-stop user I can tell you that there are better options out there. Search for Gregory Targhee and Mammut Trion Pro in these forums. Cheaper and better in almost every aspect.
